This was a <strong>deliberate decision<\/strong> made in response to developer needs:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>to test commands in <strong>local or sandboxed environments<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>to load temporary or debug ZIP archives that don&#8217;t fully comply with validation rules,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>to quickly experiment with non-standard commands without full manifest structure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udea8 What Does <code>--allow-insecure<\/code> Do?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The flag allows you to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>bypass security checks<\/strong> when adding a command, even if:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><code>manifest.yaml<\/code> or <code>manifest.json<\/code> is missing;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the ZIP archive has an unsupported folder layout;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the <code>target<\/code> platform does not match your system;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>dependencies are nonstandard or <code>entrypoint<\/code> is not properly declared.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udd10 Why Is It Disabled by Default?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Security and modularity are core values of CPTD CLI.
